Our highly trained, well-experienced, and compassionate staff assess the needs of each individual and then assists he or she in accessing and participating in an array of services and programs as well as community resources offered throughout the county. WCSI advocates for not only access and services but also that a high quality of services is provided.
WCSI serves over 8,900 individuals residing in Westmoreland and surrounding counties who are in need of Behavioral Health (BH), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Early Intervention (EI) Services. As the Base Service Unit for the Westmoreland County BH/DS Program, WCSI operates three site offices located countywide. We assist clients in accessing services and provide ongoing case management, service coordination, monitoring and support. Our goal is to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individualized needs. WCSI is licensed and regulated by the Department of Public Welfare to provide case management and supports coordination services. WCSI is a member of the Value Behavioral Health of PA Provider Network and Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Organizations (PANO).
