The Diamond Park Renaissance Project is in full swing here in Ligonier, but the Chamber of Commerce would like to remind you that all of our sidewalks, businesses, and restaurants are OPEN and will remain OPEN throughout the entirety of the construction process. Local small businesses always value your business, but during this time of Renaissance, it is critical that we support those within our community and allow them to thrive. Use this time as an opportunity to visit that store you’ve been meaning to stop at, purchase gifts and cards right here in town at one of our many boutique shops, dine out in one of our many awesome restaurants.

Although some parking in the heart of town has been removed due to construction, there is plenty of on-street parking and three parking lots available for visitor use. See the graphic below to get a visual of the many available parking areas in town. By parking somewhere different, you may even find a hidden gem or a new favorite store that you may not have stumbled upon otherwise. There are new stores all over town, so if you haven’t  been here in awhile, come visit Ligonier this summer!

The Ligonier Valley Chamber of Commerce has been working with Ligonier Borough on a blog for the Diamond Park Renaissance Project. This blog will keep you updated with the construction process, detour information, safety updates and more. It provides a unique perspective of the project that the public wouldn’t otherwise be able to see through up-close “behind the fence” pictures. Be sure to subscribe to the blog or Like “Diamond Park Renaissance Project” on Facebook to stay up-to-date with the blog posts. Below you will find links to some of the most popular posts:

Through the improvements being made during the Diamond Park Renaissance Project, Ligonier will continue to be one of your favorite destinations to stay, play, shop and dine. While we can’t wait for you to see the finished project later this year, we hope you will visit us during the spring and summer months to support our local businesses and check out all of the action in town!
