The library offers access to Pennsylvania historical documents, so spend an afternoon reading up learning about your ancestors in the Pennsylvania Room. Spend the afternoon in competition with your family or friends while bowling at The Wicked Googly, located right off the Diamond. The Googly offers yummy food, craft-style beverages and bonus On Thursdays, bowling is just $1 per game. Ligonier is proud to house part of the nation’s longest-running regional museum system; one of four facilities featuring more than 4,000 works by local, regional, and national artists. The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art offers award-winning education programs, special events, and approximately two dozen exhibitions annually. With free admission every day this is the perfect no-cost rainy afternoon. The Antiochian Heritage Museum also has free admission and celebrates the artistic, cultural and spiritual heritage of Antioch, where the disciples of Christ were first called Christians (Acts 11:26). The Museum has many rotating exhibits and is currently featuring Titanic Connections: Unique and Untold Stories explores passenger stories connected to the Antiochian heritage and to western Pennsylvania.
