The Hamilton House is a beautifully appointed private home on cul-de-sac, situated along trout stocked Linn Run Creek in the heart of Rector, PA. The house sits nestled in ferns and trees on a country lane near beautiful Linn Run State Park. You are in the country, but also convenient to the town of Ligonier, Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts, Laurel Valley Golf Club and the Rolling Rock Club. The home comfortably sleeps 6 and has ceiling fans in both bedrooms, loft and family room. |

The owners, Mark and Susan Hamilton have decorated with authentic Southwest furniture and artwork. The first floor features the living room with a log-burning fireplace. The comfortable family room opens onto wooded back yard and stream. |

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area also open into back yard. The kitchen is equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware provided. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with two twin beds, full bath and utility/laundry room. Bed and bath linens service available. |

The second floor consists of an open loft which overlooks living room and adjoins the master bedroom and master bath. An exterior rear balcony faces the wooded stream.

The master bedroom with queen size bed features a cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the woods and stream. The master bath includes an oversized tub and shower. The house is protected by a monitored security system with links to police and fire.
